Whether you place your order on Tuesday or Friday, it will still be shipped out at the same time, specifically on Monday. So, you have from Monday until Friday to finalize your order and have everything delivered together in one package.
Your delivery timeline depends on the shipping option you choose (standard or express) and your location, whether it's within France or anywhere else in the world. We proudly partner with trusted carriers like Chronopost, UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, and DPD to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.
We provide a 7-day return period for our dresses.
This period starts once your package is marked as "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that moment, you have 7 days (including weekends and holidays) to request a return. After this 7-day timeframe, return requests will no longer be accepted.
All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all tags and hanging ribbons still attached.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, you must initiate a return request within 72 hours of delivery. Detailed photos of the defect will be required for processing.
Beyond this initial 72-hour window, any return request will be handled according to our standard return policy. Therefore, we recommend checking your items immediately upon receipt.

Once we receive your returned package and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will issue a credit for the amount of the returned product to be used on your next order. If you prefer a refund, please be aware that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
